Controller and data we collect
Digitalpilotcore, Level 8, 19 Königstraße, Stuttgart 70173, is the controller for personal data described here. Contact: info@digitalpilotcore.digital. We process details you submit, such as name, email, enquiry, CV, appointment information and billing records. Basic server logs may record IP address, time, requested page and browser information for security and delivery.
Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry data to respond before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); booking and client files to deliver the service and meet contractual duties; invoices to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)); and proportionate security logs based on legitimate interests in protecting the site (Article 6(1)(f)). Optional analytics, if introduced and accepted, rely on consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
Retention and recipients
Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Client working files are normally deleted three years after the engagement, while invoices and tax records are retained for statutory German periods. Hosting, email, video-call and accounting providers may process only the data needed for their service under contractual safeguards.
International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we use an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses and assess supplementary protections where required. Ask us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority; in Baden-Württemberg this is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit.
Security and required information
We use access controls, limited retention and secure service providers, but internet transmission cannot be guaranteed risk-free. Fields marked required are necessary to answer or deliver the requested service. Do not send passport scans, health records or other sensitive data through the general enquiry form.
