Cancelling a consultation
Request cancellation by emailing info@digitalpilotcore.digital. A full refund is available when notice reaches us at least seven calendar days before the appointment and preparatory review has not begun. With 48 hours to seven days’ notice, we refund 75% to account for reserved adviser time and any preparation completed.
Within 48 hours, the fee is non-refundable, but we may offer one reschedule where illness, travel disruption or another exceptional circumstance can reasonably be documented. A no-show is non-refundable. If Digitalpilotcore cancels and cannot offer a suitable replacement, you receive a full refund.
Rescheduling
You may move an appointment once without charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Later requests may require a €45 rebooking fee. A second reschedule is subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking.
Document review and work already started
For application-material reviews, preparatory work begins when an adviser starts reading or annotating submitted documents. If you cancel after that point, completed work and reserved time are deducted and any remaining balance is refunded. Work already delivered is non-refundable unless materially different from the agreed scope.
Deposits, third-party costs and exceptions
Custom family or multi-pathway engagements may require a deposit stated in the written quote. A deposit becomes non-refundable once agreed preparation begins. We do not normally buy materials or third-party services for clients; any exceptional pre-approved external cost is non-refundable once committed. Statutory consumer cancellation rights and mandatory remedies for defective services remain unaffected.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after confirmation; bank processing may take longer. Include the booking name, appointment date and reason in your request. Partial refunds are explained in writing before processing.
