Who this review is for
This is for career changers who are seriously considering Germany but still have connected unknowns: which job title to target, whether qualifications need recognition, when to apply, which city supports the intended field, and what has to happen before the move.
It is most useful when you have a direction but not yet a reliable order of operations. It is not a job-placement service, visa application filing, legal opinion or promise of employment.
What we examine
Before the call, you send your current CV, intended field, nationality, languages, possible dates and up to five priority questions. Your adviser reviews these against the practical shape of a German transition: occupation status, evidence employers may expect, likely official sources to consult, search regions and dependencies between an offer, residence permission and arrival.
During the session, we work through the decision points together. You leave with:
- a defined target role or a short list to investigate;
- document and recognition questions to resolve;
- a staged job-search and relocation sequence;
- official German sources relevant to your next checks;
- a written priority map delivered within two working days.
How the process works
Send the background
Complete a short intake and share your CV at least three working days before the call. Redact details you do not want reviewed.
Work through the pathway
Meet your Stuttgart-based adviser by video for 90 minutes. We test assumptions and note decisions still dependent on an authority or employer.
Use the priority map
Receive concise written actions, dependencies and source links. One follow-up email for clarification is included for seven days.
Boundaries and preparation
Digitalpilotcore provides relocation planning and career-transition guidance. We do not represent clients before immigration authorities, assess visa eligibility as legal counsel, certify foreign qualifications, give tax advice or recruit on behalf of employers. Fees for translations, recognition applications, travel and third-party professionals are not included.
Come prepared to discuss compromises around location, salary, language learning and timing. If your intended occupation is regulated, the next step may be recognition research rather than immediate applications.
