Acceptance and scope
By using this website or purchasing a consultation, you accept these terms. Digitalpilotcore provides educational career-transition and relocation-planning services. We do not provide legal, immigration, tax, financial, recruitment or official qualification-recognition services, and no outcome, visa, job offer or authority decision is guaranteed.
Bookings and client responsibilities
A booking is confirmed when scope, time and fee are agreed and payment is received. You must provide accurate information, attend on time and verify time-sensitive requirements with the relevant German authority or qualified professional. Advice is based on information available at the time and the materials you supply.
Fees, changes and refunds
Fees are stated in euros and include applicable taxes where required. Rescheduling, cancellation and refund rules appear in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The website, written priority maps, checklists and original consultation materials belong to Digitalpilotcore. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use materials delivered for your own relocation and career planning. You may not republish, resell or train a commercial system on them without written permission. Your pre-existing CV and documents remain yours.
Liability
To the extent permitted by German law, we are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory statutory liability. For slight negligence involving essential contractual duties, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical loss. We are not responsible for decisions made by employers, landlords, insurers, recognition bodies or public authorities, or for losses caused by incomplete client information.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without removing mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence. Courts with jurisdiction are determined by applicable law. Consumers may also have access to statutory dispute-resolution routes; we are not obliged and do not currently agree to participate in a consumer arbitration board procedure.
